Some pay to surf programs only limits themselves to American residents only. International surfers are free to register but they will not get a single cent. So make sure that the website offers its service to international surfers.
The website should have some kind of referral program so you can earn more money. It should be a nice feature to have but not important enough to revolve your decision around it. It works a little like Multi-Level Marketing where the more you refer, the more you will earn from commission.
You might remember that the pay per hour for these pay to surf programs is very low. You might be able to find one that pays 50 cent an hour but they will only pay you for a maximum of 25 hours monthly. So take advantage of this by signing up with multiple pay-to-surf websites and use them simultaneously.
